Short version

PocketCalc is a static website made of small in-browser calculators. The values you type into a calculator are processed entirely in your browser; they are not sent to any server, not stored, and not shared with anyone.

What we collect

• Calculator inputs: never collected. They live in your browser tab and are gone when you close it.
• Server logs: our static host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps standard request logs — IP address, user-agent, timestamp, URL — for operational and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not have analytics that tie those logs to individuals.
• Locale preference: if you visit from Brazil or Portugal, the site redirects you once to the Portuguese version and sets a locale cookie so your choice sticks. You can clear it at any time from your browser.
• Ads consent: if advertising is enabled, your accept/decline choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under pc-ads-consent. It never leaves your browser.

Advertising

When advertising is active on this site, it is served by Google AdSense. AdSense scripts are only loaded after you accept via the consent banner. If you decline, the AdSense script is never injected and no advertising cookies are set.

After consent, Google may set cookies and process information (including IP address and ad interactions) per its advertising policies. You can opt out at any time at Google's ad settings or by clearing this site's storage and declining the banner.

Cookies

• locale — remembers the language you chose.
• pc-ads-consent (localStorage, not a cookie strictly speaking) — remembers your ads consent choice.
• Once advertising is active and you accept it, AdSense may set additional cookies under .doubleclick.net and related domains.

Third parties

• Cloudflare Pages — hosting and CDN. Standard request logs apply.
• Google AdSense — only after you accept the consent banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil), you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not maintain user accounts and the only personal data that touches our infrastructure is in transient request logs, in practice you can exercise these rights by:

• Clearing this site's cookies and storage in your browser.
• Opting out of personalized ads at Google's ad settings.

Children

PocketCalc is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
